Epic Product Fails - Gerber Singles
As part of Dovetail’s exploration into organic social, this video was made to show what can happen when products are designed without first understanding the real problems customers face. The video briefly talked about the history of Gerber Singles. It was a brand known for baby food. They attempted to expand their line to adult food.
Design boards
I used Photoshop to design the boards. I also utilized Blender for the falling bricks and the jenga-style blocks.
Expansion into a series
Eventually we turned this into a series with a slightly different approach to adapt to how people consume content and the need for faster turn around times. These are just some of the episodes in our roster.
